Cardio Lite Tennis

Want a cardio workout with less intensity? Cardio Lite is an exciting way to get in shape and burn calories on the court. This group fitness class is 30 minutes of heart-pumping drills and 30 minutes of fun point play. An effective workout will be achieved by all, as the class will challenge each player by their ability and fitness level. Level: Advanced Beginner and above    PRO APPROVAL

Class includes:

  • 60-minute class with USPTA professional
  • Free loaner racquet use during class
  • Maximum of 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio

Cost:  $15 per session or 12-session punch card available for $150
 

Fall Classes Begin September 3
There are no make-ups or refunds for missed classes
Must be able to serve and rally.  This class is not for beginners.

Class #1 - Mondays from 7:00-8:00pm. 

Class #2 - Tuesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Monday classes from 7-8pm will resume on Monday, September 9.

**Minimum enrollment is 4 students**
