Stay fit hitting yellow balls in this fun, fast-paced, high-intensity, aerobic tennis workout. Each hour-long class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of aerobic workout, and 10 minutes of point play with great music in a fun atmosphere. Recommended for players with a full range of mobility and good cardiovascular health. Level: Advanced Beginner and above
- 60-minute class with USPTA professional
- Free loaner racquet use during class
- Maximum of 7:1 student-to-instructor ratio
Cost: $15 per session or 12-session punch card available for $150
Class #1 – Mondays from 6 – 7 p.m.
Class #2 – Wednesdays from 7 – 8 p.m.
Class #3 – Sundays from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m.
**Minimum enrollment is 4 students**
