Cardio Tennis

Stay fit hitting yellow balls in this fun, fast-paced, high-intensity, aerobic tennis workout. Each hour-long class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of aerobic workout, and 10 minutes of point play with great music in a fun atmosphere. Recommended for players with a full range of mobility and good cardiovascular health. Level: Advanced Beginner and above.  PRO APPROVAL REQUIRED

Class includes:

  • 60-minute class with USPTA professional
  • Free loaner racquet use during class
  • Maximum of 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio

Cost:  $15 per session or 12-session punch card available for $150
 

Class #1 – Mondays from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.  PRO APPROVAL
 

**Minimum enrollment is 4 students**
